Rotary Joint and passive component Research Engineer at Marconi Research Centre ( now BAE Systems ) for 15 years.
5 years with MEDL Lincoln as Marketing Manager and Export Sales Manager.
Mr Gray founded Microwave International in 1990.

Mrs Sue Gray
Financial Director and Founder

Sue studied Classics at Leicester University. Sue worked for 10 years in the City of London International Insurance market, both as a broker and a writer of policy small print.

Ms Carol Hughes
Sales and Marketing Assistant / Quality Manager

Formerly with the WRAF, Carol has worked in Marketing, Financial Planning and Sales. Carol is fully trained in Import / Export procedures and is Responsible for sales, order processing and customer relations. Carol joined the company in 1995 and has now been promoted to Quality Manager.
